Honey Chili Pasta

 

 

Ingredients

  • Chicken mince meat ½ kg
  • Kidney beans 1 cup (boiled)
  • Rotini pasta 500 gm (boiled)
  • Parsley ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Chili garlic sauce ½ cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Thai chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Honey 4 tbsp
  • Salt ½ cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  •  

    Cooking Directions

  • Heat oil in a pot, fry garlic till golden.
  • Add mince, fry on high flame and then cook on low flame.
  • Add kidney beans, Thai chili paste, black pepper, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, honey, salt, vinegar, oregano and pasta. Mix well.
  • Put on simmer.
  • Sprinkle parsley and serve.
