Chutney Chicken Salad


 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 1 small gala apple, diced
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 − mayonnaise

Method:

  1. In a pot, mix all ingredients together.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve warm.
