Fried Rice

         


Ingredients:

Boiled rice 2 cups
Chopped Carrots 1
Chopped green onion 5
Chopped cabbage 1
Eggs 2
Oil 2tbsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
Boil 2 cups of rice.

Beat egg with a pinch h of yellow food color in a bowl

Fry egg in a pan and keep aside.

In other sauce pan heat 2 tbsp oil and fry 1 chopped carrot, 5 chopped green onion, 1 cabbage.

Now add fried vegetables in 2 cups of boiled rice.

Then add 1 tbsp vinegar and salt.

Serve hot
