Method: 1.Marinate chicken with heaped garlic, white pepper, mustard powder, mayonnaise,yogurt, thyme, lemon juice, salt and oregano leaves for 2 hours in the fridge. 2.Put chicken pieces on skewers alternating with vegetable cubes. 3.Grill in oil. 4.Now put it in a pan then put a burning coal on a foil in the pan; drop some oil on it and cover. 5.Serve immediately. Note: Cooking Time: 85-90 minuts, Serving: 3-4 persons |
