Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg (12 pieces)

Salt to taste

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Oil ½ cup

Yogurt 1 cup (whipped)

Cream ½ cup

Black pepper powder 1 tsp (grinded0

Onion brown ½ cup (grinded)

Green cardamom ½ tsp (grinded)

Almonds 2 tbsp (grinded)

Kewra few drops
-
Saffron ¼ tsp
Cooking Directions
- Marinate chicken with salt, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste for 30 minutes.

Heat oil and add marinated chicken.

Fry for 10 minutes.

Add yogurt, cream, salt and black pepper cover and cook till chicken tender.

Lastly add brown onion, green cardamom, almonds, kewra and saffron.

Leave it on simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove and serve.
