Karaha butter chicken

 Ingredients

Chicken 1 kg
Butter 1 cup
Yogurt 2 cup
Onion 2
Curry leaves 2 to 3
Clove 3 to 4
Cardamom 3 to 4
Tomato 3 to 4
Green chili 5 to 6
Garlic 3 to 4 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Green coriander ½ bunch
Cinnamon 2 to 3 sticks
All spice powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
In a mixing bowl add 2 cup yogurt, 3 to 4 small cardamom, 1 tsp of all spice powder, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 2 to 3 curry leaves, 3 to 4 cloves, 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks, 3 to 4 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 3 to 4 tomato and salt to taste to mix. In a blender jug add the batter and make paste. Now marinate chicken with this paste. Heat oil in wok with 1 cup oil and stir fry onion. Now add chicken with whole batter and cook till it tender. In the end add green coriander and green chili. Dish it out and garnish it with cream and butter to serve.
