Chicken with Strawberry


Chicken ½ kg
Strawberry 300 gm
Chicken stock 1 cup
Cinnamon powder 1 pinch
Green cardamom powder 1 pinch
Basil 6 to 8 leaves
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

First blend 200 gm strawberry with stock and make paste. Then cut remaining strawberry in to 4 pieces. Then in a pan add 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of oil to heat and add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste to stir fry. Then suate chicken in it and when its starts to change color add strawberry paste. After that add 1 tsp black pepper crushed, salt to taste, 1 tsp of paprika powder, 1 pinch of cinnamon powder and 1 pinch green cardamom powder and cook it well. When chicken tender and gravy become thick add the remaining strawberry and cook for 1 to 2 minutes and dish it out. Garnish it with basil leaves or green coriander and serve it
