Chicken fried rice
Ingredients
- 4 cups cold cooked rice
- 8 ounces cooked chicken (or substitute cooked turkey, etc.), chopped
- 2 eggs (more if desired)
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green onion, diced
- Seasonings (add according to taste):
- Light Soy Sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for stir-frying, as needed
Preparation:
Beat the eggs lightly with chopsticks, add a dash of salt (Add a bit of oyster sauce if desired).
Chop the chicken meat and dice the onion and green onion.
Heat wok and add oil. When oil is ready, pour 1/2 of the egg mixture into the wok and cook over medium heat, turning over once. Cook the other half the same way. Cut the egg into thin strips, and save for later.
Stir-fry the onion on high heat for a few moments, remove and set aside. Do the same for the green peas.
Add oil, turn down the heat to medium and stir-fry the rice. Add the soy sauce, salt, pepper and oyster sauce. Add the chicken, onion and green peas and combine thoroughly. Serve chicken fried rice with the strips of egg on top and the green onion as a garnish. (Alternately, you can mix the green onion and egg in with the other ingredients).

Brownie Trifle
Ingredient
Brownies 2
Grated chocolate 1/2 cup
Chocolate bars 1
Nestle creation cream 250 mls whipped
Mint to garnish
Strawberries 5 sliced
For the toffee sauce
Brown sugar 3 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Nestle creations dessert cream 300 mls
Method
To make the toffee sauce melt the sugar add the butter and sit through whisk in the cream and cook till heated through do not boil. in a dessert bowl place the cut brownie pieces at the base add the chopped strawberries on top then pour over the toffee sauce then layer the bananas on top, finish with a layer of whipped nestle creations cream and top with chopped chocolate and grated chocolate along with a mint leaf and serve.

Omore rainbow cake
Ingredients
Big fruit cake 2
Omore strawberry ice cream 1 liter
Omore vanilla black current 1 liter
Omore chocolate 1 liter
Cherries ½ cup
Method:
Cut cake in slices. Now set 2 slices of cake in the base of cake mould. Now spread the a layer of omore chocolate ice cream. Then again put slices of cake. Now set a layer of omore vanilla black current. Then again put slices of cake and put strawberry ice cream. In the end put cherry on top and put it in freezer. Take it out from freezer and serve

Romantic chocolate cake
Ingredients
White flour 2 ½ cup
Egg 6
Sugar 2 cup
Chocolate bar 200 gm
Baking soda 1 tsp
Coffee 2 tbsp
Baking powder 2 tbsp
Coco powder 4 tbsp
For syrup
Sugar 1 cup
Strawberry 1 cup
Water as required
For sponge:
In a mixing bowl mix 6 egg and 2 cup sugar and beat it. When batter becomes fluffy, put 2 tbsp coffee, 2 tbsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of baking soda and 4 tbsp of coco powder to beat. Now slowly fold it till batter become smooth. Now take a heart shape pan and pour batter in pan and coat it with aluminum foil to bake for 20 minutes for 200c and then take out the foil and again bake it for 10 minutes.
For syrup:
In a sauce pan add as required water and sugar and make syrup. Then add 1 cup strawberry in it and take it out. Now cut sponge from the centre and put syrup on both the side and joint it and garnish it with cherry and chocolate.

Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First blend 200 gm strawberry with stock and make paste. Then cut remaining strawberry in to 4 pieces. Then in a pan add 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of oil to heat and add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste to stir fry. Then suate chicken in it and when its starts to change color add strawberry paste. After that add 1 tsp black pepper crushed, salt to taste, 1 tsp of paprika powder, 1 pinch of cinnamon powder and 1 pinch green cardamom powder and cook it well. When chicken tender and gravy become thick add the remaining strawberry and cook for 1 to 2 minutes and dish it out. Garnish it with basil leaves or green coriander and serve it

Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Butter 1 cup
Yogurt 2 cup
Onion 2
Curry leaves 2 to 3
Clove 3 to 4
Cardamom 3 to 4
Tomato 3 to 4
Green chili 5 to 6
Garlic 3 to 4 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Green coriander ½ bunch
Cinnamon 2 to 3 sticks
All spice powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
In a mixing bowl add 2 cup yogurt, 3 to 4 small cardamom, 1 tsp of all spice powder, 1 tbsp of red chili powder, 2 to 3 curry leaves, 3 to 4 cloves, 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks, 3 to 4 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 3 to 4 tomato and salt to taste to mix. In a blender jug add the batter and make paste. Now marinate chicken with this paste. Heat oil in wok with 1 cup oil and stir fry onion. Now add chicken with whole batter and cook till it tender. In the end add green coriander and green chili. Dish it out and garnish it with cream and butter to serve.
